This specialist department of Hunt Kidd, headed up by partner Barbara Gayton, acts on behalf of commercial investors and encompasses purchasing, selling and mortgaging properties, focussing primarily on residential ‘Buy to Let’ properties in all parts of England and Wales. We have particular niche experience and local knowledge of Tyneside flats and South Tyneside flats, the complexities and nuances of which pose a challenge to other firms from outside the region.

Our proactive and hands-on team represents both professional landlords with wide and varied property portfolios and private property. Our experience ensures we are skilled in selling and buying at auction, meeting all sales-pack deadlines pre-auction and completing post-auction.
