Established at our core, this team is headed up by Hunt Kidd partners Kenneth Hunt and Richard Brown. As with all departments, our experience is our strength. We offer a comprehensive array of commercial services to a wide range of clients.

Through a close working relationship with each client we are able to fully understand the objectives for each project, and thereby offer a service dedicated to the needs of each development and each client.

The development team provides advice on all aspects of development, from small scale housing projects through to major property acquisitions and multimillion pound commercial developments of regional and national significance. Our experience includes:

• Property development for housing, industrial, hotels and city centre projects
• Joint Venture and Shareholders’ Agreements
• Partnership and company vehicle arrangements
• Collating and drafting proposals for submission to financial institutions and urban regeneration projects
• Requisite development construction, appointment and security documentation
